The position invoices routine information exchanges with operations personnel as well as NDX customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record and schedule work on the computer after assisting in opening and inspecting cases. Distribute cases to appropriate department.
• Answer telephone, respond to inquiries and notify customers of delivery times reputed company necessary.
