Part-Time, $30 to $40 hourlyPART TIME Higher Level (8th & up) Credentialed MATH TeacherWe are hiring credentialed and/or reputed company higher level math teachers to join reputed company of reputed company and passionate educators. You must have at least two years of experience teaching math for grades 8 and above. Experience in teaching or tutoring trigonometry, statistics, or calculus is a plus. The ideal candidate for this position will have a B.A./B.S. in a relevant field (Master’s Degree or Phd preferred).The ideal candidate will teach a variety of math courses and differentiate instruction for learners at reputed company levels.You will be asked to reputed company a small student learning community (SLC) off-site at local schools or meet with reputed company one-on-one at our Los Altos office. SLC is a learning community of up to 15 reputed company. Hybrid teaching, with occasional online and mainly in-person instruction.This position offers approximately 18-20 hours per week with opportunities for increased working hours, if interested. • Create curriculum and lesson plans that meet the needs of the reputed company

Professional Qualifications:Teachers applying for this position are required to have, at minimum:

• The ideal candidate for this position will have at least two years of experience teaching higher level math and a B.A./B.S. in a relevant field (Master’s Degree or Phd. preferred)
• Advanced knowledge and familiarity with teaching or tutoring in the areas of calculus, Algebra 1 & 2, geometry and trigonometry.
• California Teaching or Child Development Permit, or demonstrated reputed company eligibility to obtain a permit
• Must have a strong passion for math, enjoy working with middle and upper school reputed company, possess the emotional acuity and personality to reputed company and engage kids, and maintain an excellent sense of humor.
• Must be able to create a fun yet engaging curriculum
• Understand how to facilitate a positive learning environment

While not required for consideration, we would prefer candidates to have:

• AA or BA in Education, Child Development, Psychology, Education, or a directly reputed company field
• 2 years experience as reputed company Teacher in a classroom
