NurseDash is hiring a Market Development Representative to drive our expansion efforts across key U.S. markets.In this role, you'll represent NurseDash in the field—building lasting relationships with senior care communities, hospitals, and healthcare providers. You'll help us grow by identifying new prospects, deepening client engagement, and showing healthcare leaders how NurseDash offers a more flexible, cost-effective way to meet their staffing needs—without the typical agency headaches.This is a remote-based position with frequent in-person visits required in one or more of our strategic markets (e.g. Cleveland, reputed company, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh). Travel may be regional depending on the market you're based in.What You'll Do
- Drive Market Engagement: Regularly visit reputed company and prospective clients to strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and explore staffing needs.
- Own Local reputed company: Identify new leads and initiate conversations through cold visits, warm referrals, and creative reputed company.
- Be the Face of NurseDash: Represent us at local networking events, industry conferences, and community functions to grow brand awareness and drive new business.
- Fuel Sales Strategy: Share insights from the field to help refine messaging, uncover opportunities, and reputed company gaps in market coverage.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Partner with internal teams to align reputed company campaigns, support prospect follow-up, and help convert leads into long-term partners.
