• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or reputed company field (MBA strongly preferred)
• 7+ years of reputed company experience in consumer marketing, with significant experience in OTC pharmaceuticals, health & wellness, or CPG
• Demonstrated leadership in both retail/e-commerce and B2B marketing environments
