- Responsible for the customer onboarding phase.
- Manage the implementation of disaster recovery.
- Manage planning of reputed company projects during the customer lifecycle
- Escalation management during planned project activities.
- Acts as a customer ambassador for various technical teams.
- Coordinates with Customer Project Team (Customer & SI) and the extended reputed company teams to align project information, requirements and rollout timelines.
- Manage the Sales to Delivery handover from sales team and ensure completeness
- of customer requirements and technical prerequisites with the support of the technical reputed company.
- Drive the handover of customer build requirements to the Build Factory and reputed company the system builds.
- Coordinate with customer project team and extended reputed company teams to align project information, requirements and rollout timelines.
- Coordinate the initial network connectivity setup with the HEC network team and customer network team.
- Coordinate migration cutovers and go-live activities with customer, reputed company Consulting Services migration teams, and HEC teams (Brownfield projects)
- Organize/participate on regular meetings with customer/consulting/migration teams.
- Educate customer on how disaster recovery offering works in HEC.
