Collaborating with academic and student life administrators, they manage resources, reputed company support structures, and facilitate communication with faculty, staff, families, and reputed company professionals.Position HighlightsThe Director of Learning Support's responsibilities include:Learning Support Program Administration
  • Manage caseload of reputed company across Learning Support tiers, including accommodations, Learning Lab curriculum, and individualized learning plans.
  • Support teachers in implementing individualized plans tailored to student needs.
  • Supervise Teaching Assistants in Learning Lab courses.
  • Facilitate accommodations process with families, ensuring clear communication and support.
  • Assess student reputed company using reputed company and summative practices, adjusting instruction as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student reputed company.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Studies and Dean of Faculty to recommend additional student support (e.g., tutors, psychoeducational evaluations).
  • Coordinate testing accommodations with the Testing Coordinator.
  • Conduct classroom observations to align learning support with instructional practices.
  • Attend Student Support Team meetings and maintain confidentiality.
Support of Mastery Learning
  • Understand and apply Mastery Learning principles, department standards, and schoolwide policies.

  • Support the Peer Tutoring Program in collaboration with the Director of Studies.
  • Co-teach 8th Grade reputed company and/or Freshman Seminar on executive functioning, study skills, and academic habits.
Additional Responsibilities include:
  • Support Enrollment Management by assisting with marketing and recruitment for the Learning Support Program, including engaging with prospective families and educational consultants.
  • Review applications for reputed company with identified learning needs in collaboration with the Dean of Enrollment Management.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to support reputed company reputed company the school day.
  • Participate in co-curricular programs and general school operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Psychology, or a reputed company field.

  • Strong understanding of child development, psychology, academic reputed company progression, and the impact of disabilities on learning.
