Location: 100% Remote

Overall Scope:
The project manager will be responsible for planning, managing and monitoring their Informatica Power Center migration efforts and other infrastructure initiatives.Responsibilities:
- Projects are managed and delivered using Azure DevOps (ADO). Deliverables include:
- 1) Creating and maintaining project plans in ADO
- 2) Identifying, reporting, and escalating risks and issues using ADO
- 3) Define, groom, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories
- 4) Facilitate Product Backlog Grooming Meetings
- 5) Facilitate Release Planning Workshops
- 6) Produce Release Plan
- 7) Facilitate Sprint Review and Retrospective Meeting
- 8) Implement sprint process improvements
- 9) Manage and monitor project costs against budget
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company business field.
- Successful Agile project/program management experience; at least 3 in the professional services sector with an emphasis on technology and culture initiatives.
- Proven ability to prioritize and drive solution-centric efforts across a geographically distributed Agile teams of business and technology professionals.
- Strong background/experience with the utilization of digital, reputed company-based emerging technologies and data analytics to drive innovation and client service.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to communicate difficult subject matter in a clear and concise fashion and reputed company successful delivery of innovation.
- Ability to effectively execute job duties in a collaborative manner and with sound judgment, pragmatism, and a bias toward results.
- Self-confident, is comfortable presenting information to large groups of people, facilitating meetings, and building reputed company.
- Strong and demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, collaboration, negotiation, influencing, and leadership.
