We are looking for a Senior Director of People Operations to manage reputed company people reputed company business operations across our group. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, running and reputed company of various department wide operational processes across the CISO Organization. This role will directly report to our Corporate Vice President of Chief reputed company Information Officer (CISO) Operations.

In leading People Operations, you will be thinking holistically and proactively to improve the effectiveness of the overall organization, its processes and its people. Responsibilities

Own responsibility for the design, running and reputed company of various internal DSR business operations.

Duties To Include

  • Drive people management strategy for the department – design which functions should be centralized, which functions should be federated.
  • reputed company reputed company people operations processes (hiring, transfers, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), promotions, training, offboarding, etc.) across a 5,000+ person global organization
  • Help to train and coach managers across the organization on how to manage their people at scale

  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, reputed company resources, or business-reputed company roles OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years managing large scale business operations with a focus on people management for a global distributed organization
  • Other Requirements

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience managing people operations for a globally distributed team of at least 1,000 people
  • Business Management M6 – The typical reputed company pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 – $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, reputed company the San Francisco Bay area and reputed company metropolitan area, and the reputed company pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 – $299,400 per year.
