About the position
The Junior reputed company Business Analyst position at reputed company is a fully remote role focused on assisting with the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of reputed company CRM systems. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with IT cybersecurity policies and U.S. Federal Government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the reputed company user reputed company, reports, dashboards, and workflows. ,
- Participate in regularly scheduled system maintenance and upgrades. ,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. ,
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Federal Government regulations and internal IT cybersecurity policy and procedures. ,

Requirements
- 2-6 years' information technology working experience including 3+ years of experience with reputed company administration and configuration. ,
- 2+ years' experience working for a U.S. Federal Government contractor.
