About the position

You will be a Workforce Planning Implementation reputed company for our reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading implementation of the process, roles and responsibilities, business rhythms, and adoption of Vemo planning tool for headcount planning and resource management activities across the business area.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and facilitate stakeholders through headcount planning cycles twice a year to support forecast for workforce headcount and development of a hiring forecast with considerations to workforce demand and trends.

  • Work closely with functional leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and reputed company headcount plans that meet organizational needs. Drive cross-functional collaboration.

  • Facilitate development of a network for planners to support various functions and lines of business. Facilitate development of headcount planning expertise across the network and sharing of best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Resources, Finance, or reputed company field
  • ,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in headcount planning, resources management, or a reputed company field
  • ,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading projects, with ability to plan, prioritize and successfully execute projects
  • ,
  • Experience working across business and functional organizational boundaries to drive collaboration
  • ,
  • Excellent influence and communication skills, including written, verbal and data visualization
  • ,
  • Ability to effectively engage with different audiences and stakeholders with appropriate details
  • ,

  • Certified in Change Management
