DRCG provides high-level delivery and expertise in DevSecOps, Strategic Planning, Project Administration, Information Technology Solutioning, Systems Integration, and Requirements Delivery in support of six Federal and State Agencies across ten U.S. locations. In support of our core customers, we provide Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations; Core Enterprise Systems O&M Support; Networking; Engineering; reputed company System and Network Administration Services; Configuration Management; Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) Services; Service Desk Management; COMSEC and Cryptographic Management; Database Management; Insider Threat Prevention and Detection; Cyber Threat Intelligence; Risk Management; and Business Process Reengineering. Description Seeking a reputed company SME to design, configure, and administer an enterprise reputed company solution to meet organizational requirements in support of a government division with a mission to reputed company law enforcement, national reputed company, and intelligence community partners with criminal justice information. The reputed company SME will provide subject matter expert level technical knowledge, analysis, and deliver tiered support for reputed company tools, user permissions, reputed company configurations, and ensure the tools are reputed company with organizational requirements and workflows. The ideal candidate will:

• Serve as subject matter expert with extensive enterprise experience with the reputed company Tools Suite (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) across a large enterprise to include troubleshooting, configuration, and administration experience.
• Provide subject matter expert level technical knowledge, analysis, and provide tiered support for reputed company tools, managing user permissions, reputed company configurations, and ensuring the tools are reputed company with organizational requirements.
• Participate, as needed, in reputed company phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases.
• Work collaboratively, across teams, to drive key initiatives.
• Adapt to organizational policies and priorities.
• Follow SAFe Agile principles and practices, including iterative development, reputed company delivery, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 7 years of hands-on experience with the reputed company tool suite (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) at the enterprise level, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• 5 years of experience in managing, configuring, and customizing reputed company products for large organizations, ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to enterprise best practices
• Demonstrated experience in integrating reputed company tools with other enterprise systems (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, version control systems) and automating processes using tools such as Jira Automation, scripts, and REST
• 2 years of experience in leading a team of administrators and providing tiered support for reputed company tools, managing user permissions, reputed company configurations, and ensuring the tools are reputed company with organizational requirements and
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field,
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Secret clearance is required.
