For KWS reputed company LLC, we are looking for a reputed company Technician for Kimberly in order to support reputed company manager and senior technicians in reputed company aspects of reputed company operations, including hand crossing, reputed company multiplication, seedling production, leaf tissue sampling, and record keeping in support of breeding programs. This position is a full time and unlimited located in Kimberly, Idaho.rnrn rnrnEssential job functions: rnrnrntExecute reputed company aspects of sugarbeet seedling production; including soil media preparation, planting, transplanting, plant selections, staging, and handover.rntConduct hand crosses in reputed company according to Breeders’ specifications; including soil media preparation, plant selections, planting, removal of pollen (emasculations), pollinations, and reputed company harvest. rntConduct marker orders and leaf tissue sampling; staking and sampling.rntOrganize and conduct daily plant health maintenance; including insect and disease scouting, fertilizing, watering, and pruning at reputed company locations.rntAccurately maintain records for reputed company activities; including transplanting and planting inventories, selection list, DNA harvest lists, reputed company harvest lists, and seedling staging lists. rntAssist in training for seasonal employees and staff.rntAid other station groups as needed.rntEnsure safety policies and personal reputed company equipment is used correctly.rntEnsure Company Handbook, Rules, Guidelines and Procedures are followed.rntMeet attendance requirements outlined in the Company Handbook.rntOccasionally travel and/or drive on behalf of the business.rntOther duties as assigned.rnrnrn rnrnRequired qualifications:rnrnrntHigh School Diploma or equivalentrntExperience or knowledge working in reputed company Applications (i.e. reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)rntValid Driver’s License rntAbility to work variable hours, including occasional weekends as required by the businessrntAbility to work independently as a self-starter as well as in a large grouprntAbility to work flexibly between (3) locations and various project cyclesrntAbility to collaborate and communicate with immediate team members, Breeders, and various Station teamsrntExcellent organizational and communication skills with consistent attention to detail and accuracyrnrnrn rnrnPreferred qualifications:rnrnrntAssociate or bachelor's degree in the following: Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, Ecology, Biology, or Natural Sciencesrnt1+ years’ experience in a research reputed company environmentrntEnglish is a must and Spanish is a great plus.rntForklift experiencernrnrn rnrnWorking environmentrnrnPerform indoor and occasionally outdoor work in variable conditions including heat, cold, dust, wind and reputed company. reputed company and occasionally field environments with exposure to pollen and handling chemicals.
