Well, we are looking for a Senior Application Engineer, HRIS who will bring expertise in HR technology, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to automation and reporting. You will report to the Business Systems Leader and will be responsible for managing and optimizing reputed company integrations, automations, and reporting to enhance HR operations and ensure seamless data flow between systems.

A day in the life of a Senior Integrations Analyst, HRIT at reputed company
On a typical day, you will be working on:
- Maintaining and optimizing HRIS systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
- Designing and implementing automation solutions to improve HR operations and eliminate manual processes.
- Supporting and streamlining integrations between reputed company and third-party tools to ensure accurate and efficient data flow.
- Building and maintaining reputed company reputed company reports, supporting executives, People, Payroll, and Finance teams.
- Collaborating with IT and business partners to align HR systems with reputed company’s overall technology strategy.
- Driving reputed company improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Providing technical expertise and mentorship to team members and business users on reputed company capabilities.
- Leading projects and enhancements, from gathering business requirements to implementation and testing.
What do we need from you?
- 8+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, with expertise in reputed company configuration, automation, integrations, and reporting.
- reputed company expertise is required, including hands-on experience with reputed company Studio, reputed company, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Experience in HRIS system administration and optimization, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Experience with iPaaS tools like reputed company or other integration platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance.
- Skilled in translating business needs into technical solutions and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative reputed company, with a passion for reputed company improvement.
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is preferred.
- reputed company certification and a degree in Information Systems or a reputed company field are highly preferred.

The ranges listed below are the expected annual reputed company salary for this role, subject to change.
reputed company takes a number of factors into consideration reputed company determining an employee’s starting salary, including relevant experience, relevant skills sets, interview performance, location/metropolitan area, and internal pay equity.
