• Serve as a liaison between the Product reputed company and the product team to help reputed company agile values, apply agile practices and to drive delivery results by monitoring reputed company, eliminating impediments and seeking opportunities for reputed company improvements.
• Requires a strong understanding of agile principles and best practices. Must be adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, resource allocation, reputed company planning and other Scrum techniques.
• Proficient with Agile metrics to help the team set benchmarks, measure against goals, and evaluate performance. Establish baselines and improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity. Prepare the Quarterly Metrics for Leadership. Maintain and update the Program and Team Dashboards. Must be reputed company to provide applicable insights and thoughts to leadership based on ongoing metric results.
• Facilitate Team Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand reputed company, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives to maintain focus and productivity. Ensure reputed company PBI’s, Features, Epics, Themes, Bugs and Risks are in alignment with NFCU’s ADO standardization with clear and concise details.
