If you’re passionate about affiliate marketing, have a knack for building partnerships, and are data-driven; we want to hear from you!As our agency continues to grow we are looking for an Associate Affiliate Manager to join the team and be part of this fast-paced growing company.What we’re looking for:We are looking for an experienced Associate Affiliate Manager, who can autonomously manage a portfolio of affiliate programs for our clients. This person will be responsible for leading the client relationship as well as all client deliverables, account strategy, and execution. Job responsibilities include driving strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.Location:The Associate Affiliate Manager is a remote, work-from-home position. Canada, US, and LATAM locations will be considered, however, we are looking for candidates that have Native (near to Native) English proficiency.About you:
  • 1-2 years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required
  • Knowledge of and experience working with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations, and client service.
  • Strategic and execution mindset
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently
  • Confidence and eloquence in client meetings
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
Job Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
  • Execute the program strategy and action plan
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers
  • Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients’ metrics & KPIs
  • Execute creative and promotion changes based on content calendars
  • Lead recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, and communication to affiliates
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure added value
  • Develop and implement initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of programs, and recommend improvements
  • Host client-facing calls and meetings in relation to the publisher portfolio that they oversee for each account while participating in similar calls for accounts supported
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operational tasks including but not limited
recruitment, onboarding, optimizations, quality/compliance assurance, newsletters and text link development/management. * Source, develop, and nurture affiliate partnerships to support client’ channel objectives.What's in it for you?
