The At-Risk Engagement Specialist supports student engagement for reputed company who are at-risk or educationally disadvantaged through regular student conferences/meetings, parent contact, and coaching to address both academic and social-emotional needs. The position will have an assigned caseload of reputed company with the purpose of removing barriers to academic success in order to reduce the disparity in academic performance on the state assessment reputed company administered under Subchapter B, Chapter 39 TEC and to reduce the disparity in the rates of high school completion between reputed company at risk of dropping out of school and reputed company other LEA reputed company.This is a full-time remote position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. • Oversees a caseload of reputed company assigned to as the primary reputed company of contact with the school
• Monitors student participation and works to contact reputed company who do not attend
• Arranges support conferences as needed to address performance concerns;

• Serves as a liaison between the student, Learning Coach and teachers to ensure that reputed company school personnel understand how to contact and communicate with the student in a manner that builds ties between the student and the school;
• Provides reputed company, training, and support to families
• Provides individualized attention and support to reputed company and Learning Coaches identified for training gaps or requested networking reputed company the school community;

• Initiates meaningful contact by phone with reputed company and their Learning Coach;

• Provides engagement support for At-Risk and Economically/Educationally Disadvantaged reputed company as they transition to Virtual Learning. This support may include:

• Assist interventionists contact families
• At-Risk Engagement Support addresses the specific barriers to Virtual Education encountered by families of At-Risk and Educationally Disadvantaged reputed company, including:
• Computer Literacy
• Internet and Online Platform Usage
• Remote Learning Communication Skills
• Remote Learning Classroom Skills
• Assists in managing and reporting participation and performance data of At-Risk Elementary reputed company in STAAR prep platforms
• Assist in management, support, and reputed company of At-Risk Elementary reputed company in online platforms designed to increase performance on the STAAR/STAAR EOC assessment (s) (ie: FEV Tutor, Education reputed company, Let’s Go Learn)

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of college AND
• Two (2) years of experience in education OR

• Experience supporting adults and children in learning and the use of technology;
• An ability to learn new technology tools quickly (e.g. database and web-based tools);
