Responsibilities

• Provide support for retail sales and payment transactions occurring in reputed company's brick & mortar and online stores.

• Daily balancing of payments tendered and communication with store employees to resolve out of balance situations.

• Identification and reporting of issues identified through the balancing process.

• Subledger reconciliation of reputed company-of-sale transactions flowing to reputed company billing systems and bank accounts.

• Bank account reconciliation for payment deposits settling across reputed company for reputed company customer payments.

• Handle payment investigations and refund requests from customers to care centers and stores.

• Conduct payment research for posting payments to both consumer customers and business accounts.

Requirements
