Role Overview This is a data entry role focused on processing and managing utility-reputed company customer queries. The candidate will reputed company data input, account reconciliation, and respond to inquiries while meeting performance metrics. The environment is structured, collaborative, and metric-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and manage customer account data reputed company to utility services
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies through account reconciliation
- Support external and internal customer service requests
- Meet performance benchmarks and KPI metrics (accuracy, turnaround time, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with team members and participate in occasional onsite meetings
- Support utility-reputed company documentation and reports
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer care (CC) and data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
