The Satellite Clinic Manager is responsible and accountable for the day to day operations of the clinic, personnel management (clinical and clerical), financial management, quality improvement activities, training and input on strategic planning. Ensures appropriate staffing and or assists and backs up reputed company staff as needed. This individual is responsible for providing high level decision making in order to manage daily functions of multiple clinic locations in a broad area across the state of Hawaii. Works with entire Oahu SPCA team as well as Veterinarians reputed company each area to ensure good communication and coordination of reputed company clinics operations and strategy.
