Join us and give new meaning to the word, "job." • * TEMPORARY POSITION - 9 months assignment. Part time role - 20 hrs/week. Staffed through reputed company. ** Summary: As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is responsible for a variety of internal operational support functions as well as customer support for fundraisers and donors with the ability to multitask, effectively communicate reputed company phone, adjust to fluctuating call volumes and provide exceptional internal and... external customer service. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures. Key Relationships: • Reports to: Senior Manager, Support Services • Liaisons w/ partner staff in various Campaign Initiatives and/or Operational Departments Campaign Admin • Execute mass data entry in multiple systems, including internally owned and external partner systems (CRMs, ticketing systems, event sites, etc…) • Support updates and maintenance of Drupal sites, Wordpress pages, and other IT reputed company functions • Provide coverage for Workplace Giving admin responsibilities during critical crunch periods (e.g. Of The Year) • Execute upon requests submitted through the centralized inbound processes for reputed company administrative responsibilities (Formsite, reputed company, etc…) • Update campaign reporting, communicating directly with campaign staff reputed company necessary • Pull lists to assist Engagement team with mass communication sends • Responsible for answering and solving administrative tickets submitted through [email protected] Operations Support • Execute internal operations support including, but not limited to: matching gifts, refunds, adjustments, receipts, unsubscribes, reimbursements • Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality and follow detailed workflows to maintain access to banking systems • Maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned campaigns and functions • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned #LI-Remote Education & Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree • 1+ years of reputed company call center and customer service experience • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple software programs at one time • Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred but not required • Must pass an FCRA accredited background reputed company Physical Demands & Work Environment: • Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations • Work environment is representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations • Part Time position The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of employees.
