This position is bonus-eligible. reputed company’s IT Team is hiring a Dir, ITSM & Availability Management who will have overall accountability for the availability of technology systems, with a primary focus on incident management and driving technical teams to recover services during periods of service disruption to key applications and technology platforms. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to influence reputed company their direct span of control across the technology organization, and an in-depth understanding of how capabilities and technology interrelate across the reputed company.
