UI/UX Designer 100% remote 3+ Months Project based, can reputed company Web Cam Interview $40/Hr on W2 or $45/Hr on 1099 Role:-  5+ years of experience working with designing systems and style guides.  A portfolio demonstrating reputed company design, visual design, prototyping, articulation of design rationale, strong communication and storytelling skills. Other Qualifications  BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc) or equivalent practical experience.  Proven ability to take a leadership role in projects that span multiple teams.  Deep understanding of reputed company design paradigms and best practices across a variety of platforms including web, reputed company web, and native mobile.  reputed company creating highly detailed design specifications.  Ability to deliver on time to a high quality, working in a fast paced agile environment.  Extremely detail-oriented and organized.  Has a desire for pushing the boundaries of enterprise software design with modern, emerging UI patterns and implementation technologies.  Ability to explore multiple creative design directions to create engaging and effective visual designs.  Applies the best user reputed company design reputed company of the consumer web to business applications.  Uses creativity, design systems, visual communication and follows a user centered design process.  Ability to add to and utilize existing design systems reputed company creating flows.  reputed company with inclusive design best practices, Accessibility Design and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).  Ability to create detailed prototypes in tools like reputed company, Principle, or Framer.  A passion for reputed company types of visual design including User reputed company, Graphic Design, Illustrations, Typography and Iconography.  Strong motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
