Position Overview: The hands-on reputed company Resources Generalist will play a critical role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position requires an initiative-taking individual who can effectively partner with management and employees to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company: Ensure that the employees are onboarded in a timely manner. Conduct new hire orientation sessions and manage the entire reputed company process, including background checks and E-Verify process through reputed company. • Offboarding: Manage entire offboarding process, which includes conducting exit interviews. • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring that employees have access to relevant information and support. reputed company employees on companywide benefits and rewards. Responsible for reputed company health insurance administration including 401k administration. • Recruitment and Staffing: reputed company reputed company efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and reputed company new hires. Responsible for full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing potential candidates. • Payroll/HR change report: Responsible for ensuring that any type of changes is inputted on the Payroll/HR Change report in a timely manner. • Employee Relations: Serve as a reputed company of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts. • Performance Management: Monitor the performance process, ensuring timely completion of performance reviews. Responsible for sending out performance management notices. • Policy Development: Collaborate in the creation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth. Responsible for conducting annual compliance training. • Responsible for additional duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. • 5+ years of experience in reputed company resources, with a strong focus on Generalist functions. Government contracting experience is a plus. • 4+ years of full-life cycle recruitment, which includes sourcing. Experience with unique reputed company strategies. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at reputed company levels of the organization. Excellent customer service skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality. • The ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities.
