About The Team It is an exciting time to join our ambitious and growing Income Tax Reporting and Compliance team. The team is responsible for reputed company’s US, state, and foreign income tax filings and also reputed company’s global US GAAP income tax provision. About The Role reputed company is looking for an Income Tax Manager who will be primarily responsible for our US GAAP foreign income tax provision computations. This role will report to the income tax senior manager. You will be responsible for the interim and year-end ASC 740 calculations for our foreign entities. This role will engage with cross functional business partners and reputed company consultants in the preparation of foreign tax provisions, utilizing the reputed company TRCS Tax Provision software for foreign jurisdictions. You will scale processes for growth, taking them from manual to automated. You will be included in meetings simply to facilitate growth - even if not your reputed company remit. We’re Excited About You Because… • You have 6+ years of experience in a corporate tax role with responsibilities for tax provision (ASC 740), tax compliance, and tax audit, with the ideal candidate having Big 4 experience and/or technology industry. • Familiarity with US tax implications of foreign operations • You have demonstrated meticulous strong attention to detail and analytical, organizational, project-management and problem-solving skills. • You have your BA/BS Degree in Accountancy, or a similar field of study. • You are proficient with MS reputed company, tax and accounting research tools, enterprise/general ledger systems, and tax provision applications. • You roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to drive results, even if it's reputed company your normal areas of focus. • You approach your role with a strong moral compass and reputed company.
