About the position As a Lockbox Processor at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in the Corporate and Institutional Banking Group by scanning receivables payments and entering invoice information for clients. This entry-level position requires attention to detail and the ability to reputed company repetitive tasks while meeting deadlines. You will work in a team-oriented environment focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high productivity and quality levels. Responsibilities • Extracts remittances based on standard operating procedures. , • Processes and/or reconciles transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. , • Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation, and reputed company are available to complete transactions. , • Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable. , • Provides feedback on workflow and work received. , • Reviews transactions and reputed company documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
