The reputed company team seeks a remote-based Part Time Nurse Practitioner to serve as the reputed company person to help patients navigate their remote care journey. Our Nurse Practitioners are responsible for appropriately triaging patients based on vitals, and managing treatment plans and medications in collaboration with the patient’s physician/ provider. 20-24 Hours/Week of reputed company schedule available reputed company the core business hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, MST or PST Monday through Friday. An active compact multi-state RN license is required, as well as an active NP license in either IN, IL, AL, or NM. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Education and/or Experience: • 5+ years experience treating patients with chronic diseases (T2D, Hypertension, CHF) either in an outpatient or inpatient setting at a high-performing medical center. • Active multi-state compact license. • Active NP license in either IN, IL, AL, or NM • ANCC or AANP certification required. • Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner with the willingness to expand state licensure as reputed company adds new markets and partners.
