The Program Specialist will provide leadership, staff development and training. In addition, the position will assist in planning, organizing, and directing programs for student academics, attendance, behavior and safety. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Advise and provide support to the school, district and program personnel responsible for staff development activities. Assist in the implementation of academic standards and expectations for student performance. Assist in the development of effective, appropriate programs and coordination of resources for reputed company. Assist in assuring a positive school climate by fostering an environment of cooperation, respect, and personal responsibility among reputed company. SALARY AND TERMS OF SERVICE Annual Salary $100,400 - $121,430 (based on the 2022-23 Salary Schedule) nine (9) steps, 204 working days per year, eight (8) hours per day.
