In this role, RNs will assess and care for patients by leveraging video conferencing to complete admissions, discharges, communication and education on our acute care unit. What you will Do: Responsible for collaboration, communication & facilitation of reputed company provision of care through a computerized &/or digital platform supporting daily management of care.
