Brand Manager Job Description Initiative: Revstep is looking for a creative and experienced Amazon Brand Manager to join our team in helping client Brands scale by creating and implementing effective sales, marketing, and advertising strategies This crucial team member will collaborate with clients to set ambitious sales targets, identify the right growth levers, and work with the appropriate cross functional teams to execute strategies that achieve these goals. This role combines strategic planning, client communication, creative thinking, and operational organization and oversight to drive brand performance on Amazon. In many ways you will become the Hero for many brands. They will come to you for guidance and professional advice on how to own their presence on Amazon and other major e-commerce platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for career growth, offering a chance to refine and expand your expertise in brand strategy and marketing. Qualifications: • Amazon Expertise: At least 2+ years of proven success with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, including hands-on experience in driving sales and improving account performance. • Strategic Communication: Skilled in articulating strategic plans to clients via virtual calls, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively. • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of SEO/SEM as they relate to Amazon account management, plus experience with Amazon’s advertising platform (PPC). • Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools, capable of interpreting complex metrics to inform decision-making. • Client & Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong client relationships and deliver marketing and sales strategies based on competitive analysis. • Proactive & Collaborative: Comfortable with ambiguity and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a solutions-focused mindset and openness to taking on additional responsibilities. Position Benefits & Details Position is as a full-time contractor (1099) and offers flexible work locations at-home or in-office. Dedication to your account takes priority over the quantity of hours. We are flexible also to the structure, but normally is a contracted position that includes a base rate plus a commission on account performance. Base: Varies Depending on Experience Commission: Account performance includes a 5% monthly commission on top of base salary Revstep’s Culture Revstep is fueled by teamwork and collaboration.
