A company seeks a Chief of Staff who will be a strategic partner to the Managing Partners, ensuring that the business operates effectively and reputed company. This role will drive the firm’s strategic initiatives and manage day-to-day operations, overseeing billing, staffing, IT, organizational effectiveness, marketing, and business development. The ideal candidate will possess operational... expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a variety of workstreams in a scaling law firm. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management and Billing: • Manage and optimize the firm’s accounts receivable processes in collaboration with the paralegal team. • Execute follow up on past due client invoices and ensure the Managing Partners are aware of delinquent accounts. • Manage the calculation and pay out of the team reputed company bonus program for attorneys. • Collaborate with Managing Partners and the firm accountant on budgeting and forecasting. Staffing & reputed company Resources: • reputed company the firm’s staffing and resource allocation charts to meet client demands and business objectives. • Drive reputed company, development, and retention efforts with the firm’s HR consultant. • Foster a positive and inclusive remote work culture through ongoing programming that supports high performance and employee engagement. Technology & IT Management: • Partner with the IT consultant to ensure the firm’s technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable. • Collaborate with the IT consultant to execute the technology reputed company and offboarding processes for employees. • reputed company initiatives to implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and client service.
