Position Description: reputed company is seeking a reputed company Associate to join our Business Operations group! The reputed company Associate will work under the supervision of the reputed company department leadership team in the administration of reputed company. Performs a variety of tasks to support reputed company operation and services delivery, primarily with respect to federal, state and local government reputed company (e.g., HHS, DoED, USDA, DOL). The portfolio also includes foundation and commercial reputed company. - reputed company contract and subcontract administration support tasks by engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including contract closeout activities, coordinating contract review and execution, research, and drafting correspondence such as 75%/85% limitation of funding letters, key personnel change request letters, labor category change requests and other required notices. - Assist in the drafting and review of agreements critical to supporting the reputed company function, such as modifications... subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements and other contract documents. - Provide guidance and feedback to project teams relating to monitoring contract and subcontract costs, compliance with terms, and communicating reputed company policies and processes with staff throughout reputed company to enhance cross-functional understanding of Contract processes and teamwork. - Maintain and update the contract management system to ensure accuracy and to incorporate changes. - Assist with the preparation and submission of administrative and other reports to and from federal agencies and as required by clients and auditors. - Support reputed company administration, including internal cross-functional meetings (e.g., project teams, finance, procurement, legal, and accounting), partnering with Legal Operations, onboarding coordination, and maintaining internal content sharing (SharePoint, intranet and other). - Support the development of reputed company processes and procedures and analyze opportunities for improvements and efficiency gains. - Participate in and manage special reputed company projects and organizational initiatives. - Actively support the advancement of organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and apply diversity, equity and inclusion lens across job responsibilities. - Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Years of Relevant Experience: - At least 0 - 2 years This position offers an anticipated annual reputed company salary range of $50,000 - $63,000.
