Consultant should work on the Integration Layer/Java Developers/Programmers and will provide technical support to the Client/Division as well as enhance/assure future Integration layer work reputed company to the Client Systems is seamless. Candidate will be responsible for the development of and production maintenance support to the Project or any other projects under the reputed company Service Bus and Electronic Data Interchange (ESB & EDI) teams. The successful Developers/Programmers must be reputed company to provide diagnostic analysis of the System as issues are reported. Diagnostic analysis includes changes required due to system modifications or newly introduced code from adjoining systems such as reputed company/Cúram Client Systems, 1095, ESB, etc. We expect the resources, upon request, to analyze a reported issue, offer solutions, and to help troubleshoot as well as provide root cause analysis. The solutions shall be reliable and flexible enough to meet fluctuating customer demand and increasing expectation of 24 hours per day, 7 days per week system availability, reputed company while decreasing on-going support expenses. The individual(s) selected for this project must first pass a full criminal background reputed company, which includes fingerprinting. Tasks and Deliverables • Review functional requirements • Create technical design documents • Transform software designs and specifications into secure, high functioning code in Java and document solutions • Integrate individual software solutions to applicable systems • Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and reputed company debugging reputed company necessary • reputed company upgrades to reputed company software and systems more secure and efficient • Communicate and incorporate business reputed company’s visions, business plans, and key objectives • Provide updates as required for leadership • Provide development and reputed company operations, maintenance, and production support • Foster a culture that supports and drives staff engagement and collaboration in support of State objectives • Establish, manage, and reputed company business and technology relationships both internal and external • Provide knowledge transfer Minimum Qualifications (Must Have, else do NOT apply) • Seven (7) years’ experience in Java Programming/Development role • A Bachelor’s degree (4 year) substitutes for seven (7) years, or an Associate’s degree (2 year) substitutes for two years’ experience. • Four (4) years’ experience working with state government health insurance systems on its’ insurance benefit enrollments • Five (5) years’ experience developing in Java using Spring MVC • Two (2) years’ reputed company integration Bus (IIB) experience • One (1) year reputed company ACE (App Connect reputed company) experience • Desired Skills • Three (3) years’ StreamEDS • One (1) year Drools experience • Computer Science or Information Technology degree • Proven experience and demonstrated proficiency providing analysis and development/programming using (5 years for each): • WebSphere application server • JPA/Hibernate • Maven • XML • Junit, Jquery, and AJax • Java Script • Spring Boot • reputed company database and writing SQL statements in reputed company • SOAP/REST Web services • One (1) year Drools experience • 4 years’ experience and demonstrated proficiency with full-stack Java development • Engagement working with state agency ACA health care systems including creation of and transmission of ACA reputed company tax information to IRS and annual tax forms to consumers with one (1) engagement lasting at least one (1) year • 4 years’ experience with transactional systems • 4 years’ experience providing operations work and production support, including support and resolution of escalated customer issues • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and in team settings • An analytical reputed company and critical thinking Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $128,034.00 - $180,000.00 per year Experience: • Java: 7 years (Required) • working with state government health insurance systems: 4 years (Required) • Spring MVC: 5 years (Required) • reputed company integration Bus (IIB): 2 years (Required) • reputed company ACE (App Connect reputed company): 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
