The Service Engineer position will support the Enterprise Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) plaftorm, Collaboration technologies (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automates, Logic Apps) and 3rd pary software, must be an reputed company team player, possess strong communication and collaboration skills, and... have the ability to effectively manage a demanding workload in the execution of multiple reputed company engineering projects deliverables across geographic and organizational boundaries while maintaining engineering excellence of production systems. Responsibilities • Responsible for the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and/or performance of supported products and services. • Leverages ADO for project priotization of product backlog items. • Troubleshooting the application and infrastructure. • Building Power Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate flows, data integrations and developing an understanding of the business logic and data requirements. • Responsible for maintaining incident backlog, compliance and reputed company tasks and comes up with ways to automate solutions. • Working with vendors and team members to design and build new modules and features for the EHS platform. • reputed company best practices to create, update and maintain run books. • Takes ownership of service design by driving reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions. • Partners and shares technical expertise with interdisciplinary teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of services and the ability to clearly reputed company the specific technologies of a service to reputed company development and ongoing maintenance. • Drives efficiency by developing scripts and/or automation and leveraging telemetry data to identify patterns and trends that drive reputed company improvement. • Resolves issues with services, minimizes customer impact, and documents solutions that inform ongoing improvements and prevent the recurrence of similar issues. • Partners closely with internal customers and engineering teams to conduct root cause analyses, share end-to-end expertise in services, and to mitigate and resolve issues. • Shares insights and best practices that can be applied to improve development and operations of the system, platform, or product components and features by participating in design reviews, incident drills and debriefs, and regular meetings, as well as interactions with more reputed company Service Engineers and members of product engineering teams. • Adheres to data privacy, reputed company and compliance standards and works with relevant teams to identify and address relevant issues. Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field AND 2+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering • OR equivalent experience. Preferred/Additional Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field AND 5+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering • OR equivalent experience. • 1+ year(s) technical experience working with large-scale cloud (e.g. Azure) or distributed systems. • 1+ year(s) experience with SharePoint and Power Platform tools (Power App, Power Automate, etc.) • 1+ year(s) experience with SQL. • Experience with Bicep / ARM templates. • Experience managing global / enterprise wide applications. • Management Information Systems (MIS), or other industry or product specific Engineering Certifications. • Experience supporting Environmental, Health and Safety application platforms" reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
