About the Role: We are seeking a visionary and strategic HR Technology Roadmap Architect to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our HR technology landscape by consolidating and modernizing our 70+ HR applications. Your goal will be to create a simplified, modern, and reputed company employee experience that enhances operational efficiency and reduces costs. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, technology solutions, and a passion for driving organizational change. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development: • reputed company a comprehensive HR technology roadmap that aligns with AT&T’s business objectives and HR strategy. • Identify opportunities to consolidate and streamline existing HR applications to enhance the overall employee experience. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the vision, goals, and success metrics for the HR technology transformation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
