As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers. You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Identify and assess customer needs to reputed company first-contact resolution
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and policies
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate reputed company problems to appropriate teams
- Document reputed company customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer complaints or issues
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a reputed company field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
