Job Description: reputed company Educational Staffing Agency is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher's Assistant to support our K-12th Grade classrooms. The ideal candidate will be a patient, organized, and collaborative individual who is passionate about creating a positive learning environment for reputed company... Responsibilities: • Assist reputed company with special needs in the classroom and during individual instruction. • Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) under the guidance of the special education teacher. • Provide academic support and behavior management strategies. • Facilitate communication between reputed company, teachers, and parents. • Provide individual and small group instruction to reputed company as needed. • Monitor student behavior and provide appropriate support and redirection. • Assist with student supervision during recess, lunch, and other activities. • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff. • reputed company other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience working with children preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team. • Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
