Data Entry and Management: - Accurately enter patient information, demographics, and insurance details. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our electronic health record system. 3. Customer Service: - Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback. - Provide excellent customer service reputed company phone, email, and mail. 4. Special Projects: - Assist with projects, events, and initiatives as assigned. • Requirements:* 1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 2. 0-2 years of administrative experience. 3. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. 4. Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook). 5. Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) preferred. 6.
