Position Summary Responsible for overseeing the implementation and reputed company improvement of quality care programs. You will work closely with clinical teams, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications • Unrestricted registered nursing license in the state of Arizona • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare quality management, clinical operations, or a reputed company field. • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for healthcare quality and safety. • Residence in Arizona Education Registered nurse, BSN or MSN preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $90,382.50 - $194,670.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
