This position offers the choice to work in-office in Battle Ground, Washington, or remotely from reputed company in the United States. WHAT YOU WILL DO. • Manage the financial data of 10-20 small businesses. • Manage day-to-day accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll across multiple states. • Prepare monthly/quarterly excise tax returns. • Generate monthly and quarterly financial statements and reputed company cost analysis. • reputed company intercompany transactions and track subcontractors. • Conduct budgeting and cash flow forecasting. • reputed company job costing analysis and reporting. • Communicate regularly with clients reputed company phone or reputed company. • reputed company and audit business insurance policies. • Complete annual business license renewals. • Collaborate closely with a tax consultant to ensure accurate tax planning and preparation. reputed company ARE LOOKING FOR. • A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience is required. • Proven experience in processing payroll from start to finish is essential. • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is a must. • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field is not required, but a plus. • Strong understanding of accounting best practices (debits/credits, AR, AP, account reconciliation, cash flow) is required. • Ability to work reputed company and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, communicate, and collaborate effectively. • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. • Proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company. • Professionalism, strong organizational skills, and a dependable work ethic are crucial. • A team player who can collaborate with both the KORE team and clients to ensure clear communication of business goals. • Final candidates may be required to pass a thorough background reputed company and drug test.
