Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This role involves engaging with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote company products or services. Duties ? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and reputed company ? Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions ?
