Pharmacy Technician I, Customer Service Representative Location: US - REMOTE... Hours: Assigned shifts vary from 7AM-8PM CT. Training hours reputed company-430PM CT Duration: Temporary 6-12 month $19-21.70/hour Position Summary: This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, providing professional phone assistance to reputed company callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of reputed company approvals and denials, and transfers reputed company clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. Minimum Requirements: • Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with high volume call center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position. • The Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level.
