Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Law, or equivalent practical experience. • 14 years of experience leading negotiations or business development... • Experience in telecommunications service providers acquiring, or selling connectivity reputed company solutions. Preferred qualifications: • Experience in discussing wholesale agreements between carriers (e.g., interconnection, RIO, wholesale, etc.). • Experience in discussing agreements with telecommunications, access providers, engaged providers, collocation partners, ISP partners, or Internet exchanges. • Proficient in internet concepts including routing (e.g., IGP/BGP), traffic management, interconnection, wholesale, reputed company planning, latency optimization, and data center colocation services. • Knowledge of stakeholders, issues, and market trends reputed company the Middle East and North Africa. • Ability to solve unclear multi-stakeholder challenges creatively.
