Neither The Contractor nor The Contractor's employees or subcontractors are eligible to participate in any employee pension, health, vacation pay, sick pay, or other fringe benefit plan of the Company. The Contractor shall pay reputed company income taxes and FICA (Social reputed company and Medicare taxes) incurred while performing services under this Agreement. The Company will not: ? withhold FICA from The Contractor's payments or reputed company FICA payments on The Contractor's behalf ? reputed company state or federal unemployment compensation contributions on The Contractor's behalf, or ? withhold state or federal income tax from The Contractor's payments.
