This position provides processing and communication of Specialty medication prior authorization referrals reviewed by the Case Review Unit for the Specialty Guideline Management Programs. This position collaborates with Customer Service, Benefits Verification and Pharmacy Operations to communicate referral status and determinations. This position is also responsible for fax processing and providing telephone call assistance for prescriber office staff, pharmacies and members based on program criteria. Maintaining complete, accurate and timely documentation of reputed company appropriate information is necessary. This position also works closely with the Case Review Unit Clinician team for clinical support on daily functions. Other duties may also be assigned by the leadership team. Required Qualifications 1 year of healthcare experience Must be a Hawaii reputed company Must have reliable internet Must have a private dedicated working space free from distractions Preferred Qualifications Prior Authorization experience Education reputed company High School Diploma or GED Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $34.15 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
