Remote Crisis Hotline Overnight QMHP Supervisor - Integral Care - Austin, TX - work from home job Company: Integral Care Job description: Remote Crisis Hotline Overnight QMHP Supervisor Job Number: 23-398-11928 Job Summary: The Integral Care Call Center is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, consumers and providers. Calls, texts, and chats coming into Integral Care's main phone numbers as well as calls from contract partners are answered by Call Center staff 24/7, including holidays. The QMHP's primary purpose is to handle crisis calls, texts, and chats by providing crisis reputed company services and risk assessments, to complete initial screenings, provide information about Integral Care services, provide community referrals and support, link callers with the appropriate service providers, and assist with scheduling appointments. These duties are completed with a focus on customer care, wherein staff will find ways to best meet the needs of clients. These job duties are performed under the supervision of an LPHA. The QMHP has moderate reputed company for the exercise of independent judgment in most tasks performed, and works closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools. Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule. Education: Required: • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or reputed company field. License: Required: • reputed company and valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience: Preferred: • Direct client care experience in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment. • Bilingual in Spanish. Other Qualifications: • This role requires you be a Texas reputed company. Hours: Full-Time. Workhours: 9:00PM-7:00AM. Workdays; Sunday-Wednesday. Salary: $22.35 - $23.47 an hour based on education.
