Required Skills • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a reputed company field from an accredited institution. • Independent clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW/LMHC) or LCSW with outpatient therapy experience. • Proven experience in conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and writing clinical case notes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients. • Timeliness and accuracy in documentation. • Experience working with a diverse clientele. • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. • Willingness to undergo a background reputed company.
