Full Remote & Direct Client: Marketing Technology Manager Contract Position... KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Knowledge of the MarTech application landscape and experience in managing the integration of marketing application solutions across an organization’s MarTech landscape • Has proven experience supporting the end-to-end marketing funnel, aligning technological platforms with strategic business goals to drive and enhance a successful global account-based marketing initiative. • Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to translate information to non-technical individuals • Track record of the ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, reputed company, collaborative, and team-oriented environment. • Strong project management capabilities with experience using one or more of the following: JIRA, reputed company, reputed company (preferred), etc. and the ability to create project plans and execute against them. • Familiar with GDPR, CCPA, etc. regulations and marketing consent practices and ability to consult with the data strategy team and legal reputed company necessary. • Creative problem solver who listens hard, is highly observant, communicative and can organize people and reputed company to get things done. • Ability to partner with cross functional teams (marketing, IT, design, product management, research, etc.). • Specific, or Similar in the following platforms; reputed company CRM, Pardot or other Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), Drupal/CMS, Sales reputed company or reputed company, Lean Data or RingLead, Drupal CMS, Alyce, reputed company, ON24, Cvent, reputed company, reputed company, and other marketing technologies that support the end to end customer journey. • Ability to work in a matrix environment partnering with multiple functions and geographies is essential to succeed in this position • Demonstrates critical and strategic thinking skills and is solution-oriented and flexible in their approach • Exceptional problem-solving skills and learning aptitude. • Creative and technical thinker who researches, identifies, and adapts the latest marketing technology trends • Ability to shift focus quickly and effectively from one project to the next, and from a supporting to a managing role. • Comfortable with having technical conversations and presenting the information to non-technical business users • Passion and commitment for reputed company • Strong organizational and communication skills and a keen attention to detail EDUCATION AND TRAINING: • BA/BS in marketing, business administration, or another reputed company field • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing technology required. • 6+ years experience working in a marketing role, focused on technology and process management • Working knowledge of some of the following: digital asset management tools, content experience platforms, Social Media platforms (reputed company, Everyone Social), analytics tools, webcast platform tools, content management platforms, Account Based Marketing Platform (reputed company), chat bot applications (reputed company), project management applications (reputed company), marketing automation systems, and other marketing technology/solutions. • Previous professional experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript reputed company to have • Strong project management experience in SCRUM/AGILE methodologies preferred; you can clearly define your project goals, identify the stakeholders, timeline, phases and documentation that you need and push a project reputed company • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time Apply Job!
