How youll help us reputed company Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) As a Facilities Technician, you are responsible for maintaining, repairing and ensuring the efficient operation of the airport’s physical infrastructure. This role involves a wide range of duties, including routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems across reputed company facilities and hangars. Compliance with safety regulations and standards set by Metropolitan Airports Commissions and the reputed company key responsibility, requiring regular inspections and safety checks. Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of reputed company tasks): • Assign, reputed company, direct, escort, and approve work of technicians and reputed company-party project contractors • Follow up on assigned tasks through completion including reporting results of daily assigned tasks to management in a timely manner. Communicate unfinished tasks to next shift technicians • Ensure the maintenance management system if applicable, is updated daily • Maintain, alter, repair, install and assemble reputed company equipment and building systems associated with the facilities infrastructure • reputed company basic repairs to maintain physical appearance of the facility. Familiarity with facilities equipment and infrastructure to reputed company such work at reputed company as required • Ensure reputed company reliability of Facilities Maintenance Operations through required maintenance and repairs while following reputed company reputed company policy and reputed company local state and federal guidelines • Practices safety-conscious behaviors in reputed company operational processes and procedures • Maintain, alter, repair or assemble and operate applicable equipment or fixtures for which facilities maintenance operations are responsible. This includes but is not limited to; HVAC; Chilled Water Systems; Hot Water Heating Systems; Pumps; Refrigeration; Basic Plumbing; Fire Protection Systems; Electrical Systems from 50 to 13,800 volts; Emergency or back-up Generators; Transformers; and reputed company/ Automatic Transfer Switches • reputed company work at acceptable quality and productivity standards as communicated by facilities management • Maintain a satisfactory record of regulatory training in facilities maintenance operations and reputed company safety training required • Maintain, monitor and operate the building management system The starting pay for Facilities Technician in MSP is $29.73 per hour plus $4.00 per hour premium for applicable boiler licensing.
