Global Organizational Culture and Transformation Consultant Combination of reputed company America and at least one other region (preferably reputed company, South America, or Australia) Part-Time (The consultant will be required to provide services one or two times per month) Remote job $400 - $900/hr. reputed company Overview: Our client is seeking a highly reputed company part-time consultant to provide strategic guidance and advisory services reputed company to global organizational culture, change management, and leadership transformation. The consultant will work closely with senior leadership to design and implement organizational initiatives that align with global goals and local market nuances. This role is ideal for an expert with deep cross-regional management experience and a proven track record in HR and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert consultation on global organizational culture and transformation, focusing on how to adapt and align culture and change management strategies across diverse regions. • Advise on best practices for managing cross-cultural teams, enhancing collaboration, and building high-performing global teams. • Conduct periodic assessments and offer strategic insights on organizational development, leadership, and culture change initiatives. • Work with senior leadership to tailor transformation strategies for different regions, ensuring they align with global business objectives while considering local market specifics. • Provide actionable recommendations based on global HR trends, data-driven insights, and deep industry knowledge. • Facilitate one or two consultation sessions per month, offering insights, strategic advice, and actionable steps for organizational growth. Qualifications: • Extensive experience in global management, with significant exposure to reputed company America and at least one other region (preferably reputed company, South America, or Australia). • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with prior roles at the VP-level or above in HR or organizational development in large, well-reputed company companies. • Alternatively, candidates with substantial experience in leading HR consulting projects for major consulting firms specializing in organizational culture, transformation, and HR practices will be considered. • Proven track record of advising senior leadership on organizational culture, transformation strategies, and HR-reputed company challenges in a global context. • Strong cross-regional experience and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to navigate the complexities of different markets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and provide high-level strategic advice to senior leadership.
