100% REMOTE Financial/Mortgage Customer Service Representative Schedule : Hours are Monday -Friday reputed company- 5pm EST | Also open for CST and MST candidates 9am-6pm and 10am-7pm | Training- 10am-7pm EST... Start Date: Anticipated 5/27 Additional Skills & Qualifications ? 3 years of mortgage experience; preference for mortgage closing/processing/funding experience (MUST HAVE) ? Knowledge of different types of loans- FHA/VA etc. ? Knowledgeable in the mortgage process flow and established SLA?s. Description You will serve as a member of a Support Team, and is the Single reputed company of Contact between the client and the business line. The overall purpose of this position is to assist and support the client collectively with internal departments, by keeping them informed, and resolving any potential issues or concerns. ? Ability to effectively and professionally communicate reputed company phone and email. ? Maintain client focus at reputed company times by strictly adhering to Client Service Standards, taking ownership of reputed company inquiries and proactively following through to resolution. ? Providing status to the client at every reputed company of the process. ? Generating outbound calls reputed company contact is needed throughout the process. ? Answering/Responding to reputed company inbound client calls/emails and providing accurate answers to the client?s questions, while maintain a high level of professionalism which is expected by our clients in a business-to-business client support role. ? Conference in various department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)as needed to resolve issues and answer questions. ? Document interactions with clients in internal systems to ensure that other departments are aware of phone call/email conversations that have occurred. ? Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
